Chef Carolyn Davis is a passionate chef with over 15 years of experience. Born in the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, she has managed to gather together culinary influences from all around the world and add her own tropical caribbean twist as a signature of the roots she is so proud of.  
Cataleya Gourmet Meals was created with that in mind.  Miami, is a culturally diverse city, with people who carry a fit lifestyle; the need for savory and healthy food was in high demand, specially during the difficult times of seclusion as the world experience through the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Today, we grow as community, bringing our customers the best flavors while keeping them fit!
